This notice explains the basic information ORVREN Software collects through this public website and how it is used.
Information you submit
When you use the contact form or Request a Quote workflow, ORVREN may collect your name, business email, company, phone number, project details, requirements, timeline, optional budget information and other information you choose to provide.
How ORVREN uses it
ORVREN uses submitted information to review inquiries, respond to prospective customers, understand project requirements, prepare for discovery or estimating, maintain business correspondence and protect the website from abuse. Submitting a form does not create a contract.
Microsoft and Azure services
The website is hosted using Microsoft Azure services. Website forms use serverless Azure functions and Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Graph-based email delivery so ORVREN can receive inquiries at contact@orvren.com and send confirmation messages. Infrastructure providers may process technical data necessary to provide those services.
Language translation
If you select a non-English website language, public website text may be sent to Microsoft translation services for machine translation. Information you type into form fields is not intentionally submitted to the website translation feature.
Security
Do not submit passwords, API keys, private encryption keys or other authentication secrets through public forms. ORVREN uses reasonable technical controls for the website, but no internet transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention
Business inquiries and related correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate the inquiry, maintain business records, address legal or security needs and manage the relationship.
Your choices
You may contact ORVREN at contact@orvren.com with questions about information submitted through this website or to request an appropriate correction or deletion, subject to legal and business-record requirements.
Customer application data
Data processed through a future ORVREN customer application or managed service is governed by the applicable agreement, order form, data-processing terms and security requirements for that deployment rather than this public-website notice.
