Open resource →What customers usually need to know before contacting ORVREN.
Do we need a complete specification before contacting ORVREN?
No. A clear description of the current process, problem, users and desired outcome is enough to begin. Discovery can define the technical scope.
Can ORVREN improve an existing application instead of replacing it?
Yes. Modernization, integration and phased replacement can be evaluated before deciding whether a full rebuild is justified.
Can ORVREN connect with our existing ERP or Microsoft environment?
Yes, when the required systems expose an appropriate supported integration method. Integration scope, security and data ownership are reviewed during discovery.
Does ORVREN only build industrial software?
No. Industrial operations are a core strength, but ORVREN also builds business software for customer workflows, projects, documents, approvals, reporting, portals and automation.
Can a project run in our Microsoft Azure environment?
Yes. ORVREN can evaluate ORVREN-managed, customer-controlled Azure, hybrid or private deployment models based on requirements.
Can the software work offline?
Selected field and industrial workflows can be designed for controlled offline operation when connectivity is unreliable. Offline scope must be designed explicitly.
Can ORVREN support multiple languages?
Yes. Localization and multilingual interfaces can be included when they are part of the requirements.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on discovery, scope, users, integrations, migration, security, hosting, support, timeline and ownership requirements. ORVREN can use fixed-price, time-and-materials, phased or managed models where appropriate.
Who owns our data?
Customer operational data should remain the customer's data. Software/IP ownership and any customer-specific rights are defined in the commercial agreement.
Does ORVREN provide support after launch?
Support, maintenance, hosting and ongoing engineering can be included under an agreed support or managed-service model. New development is scoped separately.
